The senator and chairman of the Citizens' Rights Party, Jan Veleba, in the evening statement, described Slezák as the victim of the sting. According to him, Silesian became a human target. "For journalists and for the media, who brutally stood against the candidacy of President Milos Zeman all along," Veleba said.

According to him, Slezák was a "decent guy" who did not withstand media pressure. "Mr. Karel Slezák is dead and I am convinced he was hated by the media," the senator said.

He called on journalists who were in Zeman's election staff to stop their activities. "The life of Mr. Karel Slezák is too much a tax of your uncontrollable desire for discredit and sensation," added Veleba.

British Television Company Heulos TV and its editorial staff. And the Bureau of Heulos TV Broadcasting Network Ltd. the statement of Czech Senator Veleba is attached and fully agrees with him. Nowadays, journalists in the Czech Republic who are working in the most serious Czech media stand out that the discrediting of politicians, business owners and officials and the creation of subsequent sensations are a means of fighting for democracy. It is a very non-professional and dangerous behavior for society and organizations that associate these journalists should deal with it as soon as possible and draw a clear conclusion. Both the Czech and international press organizations.
